Ok , dere is tis customer rang up abt 2 wks ago.. 2 book the ticket frm mii. Den i say gif mii ur name & fone number after i'm done wif e bookin den i cor u back 2 confirm everythin.. After bookin, i cor her back 2 confirm everythin den i told her laterest by mom u haf 2 collect e 2 ways ticket. But i reserve till sun, so nite tym my colleague cor 2 ask her whether she wan e ticket or nt.. Tat mean it was e 2nd tym we confirm wif her already.. Mon tat tym she came down 2 look 4 mii ... B4 i print out e ticket i confirm again so it e 3rd tym .. Den i explain e bookin form 2 her again den i ask her
" Are u clear & b4 u sign e bookin form do u understand wad m i talkin abt ? " .. Her reply was "
YES " ! Den she sign it.. Everythin settle ( i tot )..
Den she cor back again e next day & told mii she wan 2 add 1 more person so i reserve 4 her & told her by tmr afternoon u must cum down .. She cum back again & collect e ticket. I do e same thin again, i
